My stay at Stefano’s home totally exceeded all my expectations!
Stefano was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. His home is very cosy, clean and tidy throughout with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The bedroom is a good size and leads on to the balcony which was so lovely to wake up and see the view of the sea in the morning.
We thoroughly recommend Stefano as a host and if we could have stayed longer, we would have. Look forward to going back and we have made a friend for life in Stefano. The apartment was beautifully clean and we did not feel on top of each other even though we were living with our host Stefano. We were made to feel very welcome and at home. Stefano has a wealth of knowledge with regards to excursions, local amenities, eateries, areas of outstanding beauty and beaches you can only dream of. Stefano has an amazing sense of humour and we have honestly never laughed so much!
My husband and I have been going to Cyprus now for 7 years and usually rent a villa and come with our family. This year our family did not join us so we decided to save some money and found Stefano on air bnb. I have to say it was honestly the best holiday we have had in Cyprus (other than having our wedding there 7 years ago)!
BATUMI: Stefan is one of the best hosts I've ever had to communicate with!) if you want to get the most out of your vacation and understand what comfortable / excellent living conditions are, then this apartment will be the best option for you! Stefan was always in touch, and helped to solve the smallest issue, if it arose! The best apartment option in all of Batumi ! I will definitely come back here!)

Comfortable stay, Stefano was very available. The location of the house is convenient to the main beaches and also downtown.
Stefano Gioppi, toscano da anni a Cipro, che ci ha proposto escursioni personalizzate, degustazioni di cibo locale e cena con Samer, chef libanese di alto livello. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, simpatia, cordialità e disponibilità hanno reso speciale una vacanza standardizzata. Assolutamente consigliato!

We stayed for 4 nights in Stefano's place. He is an extremely friendly and helpful host. He gave us a few tips about the best beaches and places to eat, which made our stay even better!
I decided to go on vacation to Cyprus and I was suggested to contact Stefano Gioppi to be my holiday planner. It was the best vacation ever thanks to Stefano's kindness, abilities and professionalism. Not only did he perfectly understand my needs and found the perfect place for me to stay in an apartment located in a wonderful position and equipped with any kind of comfort ,but he also managed to suggest the best places to visit and how to spend a great time in the Isle. Cyprus is wonderful !!.

An apartment is really quiet, with a nice seaview and private bathroom. You'll probably need a car to see everything in the region :) Highly recommend it to everyone!
